Oto Otta - Senior Project Manager

Oto is the President of Ocean Pacific as well as a Senior Project Manager. He has taken Ocean Pacific from mere concept to the thriving business of today. Not satisfied with relying on hands-on experience alone, Oto is IICRC trained in Advanced Structural Drying as well as Mold Remediation.

Oto's years in the industry in general and at the helm of Ocean Pacific have given him practical experience in everything from negligible pet damage to multi-unit fire damage claims.

Oto is very much the outdoor enthusiast and spends much of his infrequent away-from-the-office time really getting away from it all!

Lloyd Belfry - Senior Project Manager

Lloyd is a journeyman carpenter by trade and organized by nature and brings both training and traits to his skill set as Project Manager. He has been Project Manager for Ocean Pacific for over a decade, in that time completing projects small and large, straightforward and complex.

Lloyd has a personal passion for all things golf.

Darren Noble - Project Manager

Darren initially worked for Ocean Pacific as a subcontractor, learning the restoration industry from the ground up. His "beginning-to-end" training gave him a solid foundation in all aspects of restoration, from initial emergency response to final project phase. Darren became a Project Manager for Ocean Pacific in 2006.

Darren has his degree in kinesiology and is conversant in Japanese.

Steven Miorin - Assistant Project Manager

Steven has six years experience as a carpenter in the construction industry, the past three with Ocean Pacific Restoration. He has advanced to the position of Assistant Project Manager with the end goal of reaching full "Project Manager" status.

Steven's construction experience and IICRC Water Technician training have him well underway to reaching his objective; he is now working as Ocean Pacific's Project Manager for various property management firms.

In Steven's "off" time he is a goalie for a local ASHL hockey team.
